Drawing and Sketches
At college we were taught to observe through the process of drawing whilst looking. Recently I have realised the benefit of simply sitting and observing and watching and not making marks. This focused meditative gazing has helped me have a deeper understanding of my subject matter in relation to my inner world and as vehicle for psychological expression of meaningful experiences.
